Mr. Graham worked for top-tier law firms Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, Carr & Ferrell LLP and Townsend and Townsend and Crew.

He has managed extensive patent prosecution dockets in a broad range of technologies, including computer software and Internet-related technologies, networking, application server and database software, telecommunications, network data processing, cyber security, intrusion detection and prevention, encryption, wireless devices, e-commerce, solar technology, biomedical devices, statistical machine translation, audio processing, and semiconductor design and fabrication for companies such as AMD, Conexant, etc. Mr. Graham was also an Electrical Engineer for Cabletron Systems, Inc. where he wrote software models for chips used in the design of computer networking circuits.

Mr. Graham earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH and his Juris Doctor in 1998 from the Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles, CA, where he specialized in Intellectual Property. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of the State Bar of California.
