Mr. Burge is a seasoned patent attorney with a wealth of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, overseeing foreign prosecution, and providing comprehensive intellectual property counseling. His expertise spans various technological domains, including distributed processing, neuromorphic devices, cyber security, data mining, medical devices, A/V streaming, networking, and more.

Throughout his career, Mr. Burge has represented a diverse clientele, including renowned companies such as Intel, Bose Corporation, and Chips & Technologies (later acquired by Intel). He has also held positions at prestigious law firms such as Kacvinsky Daisak Bluni IP and Eckert Seamans, where he handled patent prosecution, licensing, and infringement litigation.

With a background in engineering, Mr. Burge brings a unique perspective to his legal practice. He holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, graduating cum laude from Case Western Reserve University. He is admitted to practice law in California and Ohio, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

In addition to his legal accomplishments, Mr. Burge is a published author and holds several issued patents. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and bicycling, as well as interests in architecture, home restoration, and music. At age 55, he continues to be a dedicated professional with a passion for innovation and creativity.
